How long does shipping take?


Standard shipping on domestic items is 3-7 business days from your order date. This includes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed plus 3-5 business days for delivery. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. Pre-ordered items estimated 7-14 business days. Pre-ordered items are not eligible for priority or express shipping as the item (s) requires time to be manufactured. International orders may take longer. International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs upon delivery. Luxe901 is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government. When your order is shipped you will receive confirmation via email.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipping from us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping cost. Order cannot be cancelled once production begins or the order is processed.


Luxe901 is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES! The customer assumes all responsibility once tracking number is issued. Please double check that all provided shipping information is correct. Once tracking information confirms delivery, you will need to contact the shipping company regarding all delivery issues. After you receive shipping confirmation from us, all questions regarding delivery must be directed to the carrier. To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Weather condition & other unforeseen situations may delay orders sometimes and this is outside of our control. Delays are possible during our HOLIDAY and SALE SEASON.

Is it possible to have expedited shipping?
Yes. FEDEX express shipping is located at checkout as an option. All orders that are being shipped through express shipping go through 1 to 2 business days of processing. After processing has been completed, your item will be shipped out and if there are not shipping delays with the carrier, it will arrive within 1 business day. For expedited shipping email contact@luxe901.com after you place your order with your order number so it can be processed. Please note you will be responsible for expedited shipping charges.

Who is my package shipped through?


Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.

How can I track my order?


You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.
